This past weekend, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the gathering hall. A good number of residents were present to talk about important concerns facing the development.

The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.

We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction.
